missingWrote a review on Dec 02relaxing atmospherecharming bungalowslack of security
The grounds look nice and offer a relaxing atmosphere, which is a plus when you want to escape to a quiet space. I also appreciated the unique bungalow design, providing a bit of charm.
Multiple issues plagued the stay, we ran out of hot water repeatedly, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The lobby had no cooling, making check-in uncomfortable, and there was a frustrating lack of clean drinking water—forcing us to buy our own. Breakfast was disappointing. just scrambled eggs or a scant fruit bowl with unappetizing options. The coffee was undrinkable, leaving us to go out for meals instead. Additionally, our room featured broken amenities, a musty smell, and offered little ventilation despite its neat look. Security felt lacking, with no one monitoring access, adding to an uncomfortable stay.

i had such grand expectations, but what a letdown! the key system was broken, and i was treated like a commoner. after the broken tv incident, you’d think they'd offer an upgrade, but nope! also, don’t even get me started on the nothing-like-advertised breakfast. i almost gave them a decent review but just couldn’t.

The staff at Kinta Kan Cabanas were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
The room I stayed in had some issues, like a shower head that needed cleaning or replacement, which affected my overall comfort.

Great location right on the beach and just a quick walk to 5th avenue. The beach access is super convenient. You get sunbeds and umbrellas included. Staff was nice, especially Lau at the beach. The Bungalow King was cozy and fun to sleep to the sound of waves. 🌊

The king room with a sea view was a highlight, boasting fantastic ocean vistas. While the location is ideal, just steps from 5th Avenue, the breakfast offered was quite modest. The laid-back vibe was enhanced by the friendliness of the staff, making it a pleasant stay overall.

Great location with beach access
The hotel's location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and right near Quinta Avenida, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. However, I did experience issues with the room cleanliness, as I found it wasn’t up to standard, with a broken shower head that needed attention. All in all, I enjoyed the beach access, but I would have preferred a more thorough room cleaning.
